In order for a youth to participate in our programming, we are REQUIRED to have an Assumption of Risk Form signed by a parent/guardian if the participant is under 18 years old. They cannot be transported by REACH staff or volunteers, or attend out-of-school programming until this is signed.
RSVP to your first activity. This allows staff and volunteers to properly prepare for the activity. Most involve food, supplies, etc. and we need to have an accurate idea how many participants are coming in order to provide the highest quality of programming for the participants.
